The PVC connectors already procured may work, but will be gathering additional ones that are closer to the appropriate size as some were too large.
Clay is a potential obstacle, however, we can make our own following some instructions found online. I will do more research and post links later, as time may be a factor with the process.
Thanks for the picture. Most recently I've been thinking we probably want to have a stopper with tube hole at the top and bottom and do the head thing before it gets to the column, then we can just do the constant head thing like we are planning at the exit location. I should probably try drawing what I'm thinking and post that..
ReplyDeleteAs far as clay, there have to be some quad city potters or art schools that do clay sculpting. You could ask them where they get their clay, or how much it would cost to buy a bag from them. We shouldn't need more than a bag.
Ambrose doesn't do pottery or sculpting, right?
